THE SAME HAMMER THAT SHATTERS THE GLASS FORGES THE STEEL
Hours of raw truth, shadow diving, and psychological firepower—for those who are done circling around their pain and ready to shatter through it.
It’s not a quick fix. This is deep psychological work meant to hit hard, heal deep, and reforge your emotional foundation.
A therapy intensive is a concentrated, high-impact block of therapy time designed to break through the patterns that weekly sessions only scratch. These immersive sessions go deeper, faster, allowing for real psychological excavation and emotional momentum in a short timeframe.
Is the Hammer Intensive right for you?
You’re drowning in chaos or time poverty and you want to fast-track your growth.
You’ve plateaued in weekly therapy and need a breakthrough.
You’re navigating a major life shift and need more than 50 minutes to unpack it.
You’re a high-performer who doesn’t have time to waste—and you needed emotional transformation yesterday.
Feel free to schedule a free consultation call to learn more and see if you would be a good fit for a therapy intensive.

These sessions are not for everyone.
If you're hoping for a diagnosis, a letter, or paperwork for court or insurance, see me instead for individual assessment sessions.
If you're in active crisis and need emergency support or psychiatric care, I will help you find appropriate services, but this intensive won’t meet those needs.
If you’re unwilling to feel discomfort, confront your own patterns, or take emotional risks—this work will frustrate you.
If you want someone to agree with your story but not challenge it—this won’t feel safe, and it’s not meant to.
If you're just doing this to check a box or because someone else told you to—pause. Come when it’s your choice.
These intensives are best for people who are tired of skimming the surface and ready to hit the core. You don’t need to be “healed” or “healthy” to show up. You just need to be willing to go deep and stay honest.
-
You don’t have to know excatly what’s wrong. You just have to be willing to meet whatever shows up.
A lot of people come into these sessions feeling foggy, numb, or tangled in too many questions to pick just one. That’s not a problem. It means something underneath is asking to be heard, even if it hasn’t found a voice yet.
We’ll start by listening to whatever comes up whether frustration, exhaustion, silence, chaos, even boredom. From there, we’ll explore and see where this journey takes us.

Hammer Therapy Intensives are built for the heavy stuff, especially the kinds of problems that don’t budge in traditional therapy. You can bring whatever’s raw, stuck, or rising to the surface.
Common themes include:Internal conflict and self-sabotage — when part of you wants to move forward, and another part slams on the brakes
Emotional overwhelm and burnout — especially if you’re tired of holding everything together while quietly falling apart
Grief and unresolved loss — even the losses you never got to grieve properly
Identity crises and life transitions — when the old story doesn’t fit anymore but the new one hasn’t formed
Relationship patterns — especially if you keep dating the same type of person, reenacting the same pain, or pushing love away
Trauma processing — for past events that still live in your body or control your reactions
Existential dread and spiritual disconnection — when you’ve got the success, the smarts, or the insight… but still feel empty or untethered

Clear the space, physically and emotionally. Find a private room where you won’t be interrupted. Shut the door. Turn off notifications. Let people know you’re unavailable.
Bring water and a notebook.
Know what’s alive for you—but don’t over-prepare. You don’t need to have the perfect words or the full story mapped out. Come with a sense of what hurts, what’s stuck, or what keeps circling back. That’s enough.
Afterwards, give yourself space. Give yourself time to rest after. You might feel energized, cracked open, exhausted, or clear.
-
If things get heavy, we slow down, get present, and stay connected. I’ll help you come back into your body, track what’s happening, and process what is arising.
Overwhelm doesn’t mean you’re falling apart. It means something important is finally rising from where it’s been buried.

Nope. You don’t need to be in weekly therapy to book a Hammer Session.
This work can stand alone. That said, this isn’t a substitute for long-term support. If deeper issues come up that would benefit from continued work, I can offer referrals, or we can talk about additional sessions if it feels right.
-
That’s totally fine. Hammer Sessions can work alongside your ongoing therapy. You can think of this as stepping into the forge for focused, high-impact work on something specific—then bringing what you uncover back into the longer arc of your healing. If you want, I can coordinate with them for treatment or offer you content to bring back to your regular sessions.
And if you're not currently seeing anyone else, you’re welcome to work with me for both. Many of my clients do ongoing weekly or biweekly counseling with me and book intensives when they’re ready to dive deeper or accelerate change. We’ll figure out what rhythm fits your life.
