CHOOSE YOUR HEALING

My clients often tell me their past therapy never touched the real wounds. You go in, talk about your week, nod politely, maybe get a worksheet and some homework to journal about. You leave feeling slightly calmer, slightly relieved, but nothing’s really changed.

And the pain comes back the next day like a freight train.

That’s not what we do here.

Shadow work isn’t gentle. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about facing you; the parts you hide, reject, or try to kill off. Until you face those parts, they will keep running the show, sabotaging your relationships, drowning you in doubt, making you feel like it’s never enough, like you are never enough.

I don’t offer easy answers. I offer a mirror. I offer fire. A place where your shadows aren’t just tolerated, they’re heard, respected, loved for who they are.

If you’re looking for gentle coping tools and journal prompts, I’m not your guy. If you’re ready to burn through the masks and meet what’s actually inside you, we’re ready to go.

OPTION 1: Individual Therapy

This is traditional, weekly or biweekly therapy using your insurance benefits or paying cash out of pocket. If you are using insurance benefits or a third party payor the therapy requires;

  • A mental health diagnosis (e.g., anxiety, depression, PTSD) to qualify for coverage

  • Progress notes and treatment plans which are legally required and may be audited

  • Session content be documented and accessible by insurance, employers, or courts

  • Sessions be limited to what's deemed "medically necessary" under your plan

This option is best if you need ongoing support, are okay with a formal diagnosis, and want to use your benefits to reduce cost.

What an individual therapy Session Looks Like

We meet one-on-one over a confidential video messaging service. Individual sessions are 50 to 60 minutes.

A session with me isn’t passive. We work. I track what’s underneath your words; the split parts, the protective masks, the shame you’ve learned to hide even from yourself. We slow down and cut through the noise. We follow the tension, the discomfort, the moments where something in you wants to bolt. That’s where the gold is, and I’ll hold you there until it transforms you.

Sometimes we’ll sit in silence.
Sometimes you’ll rage.
Sometimes a part of you will speak that hasn’t had a voice in years.

My Tools (aka Modalities)

I blend depth psychology, shadow work, parts work, existential therapy, and trauma-informed care. If you want the big fancy psychology words: my primary theoretical orientations are Existential and Psychodynamic, which is to say meaning making and roles. I want to know what gets you up in the morning, are you the main character or an NPC in your life, what story you’re in that you are sick of, how you face the terrors of human existence, who you want to become.

But at the end of the day, I don’t follow a script. I follow what’s alive in the room, and I follow you to it.

OPTION 2: Hammer therapy intensives

This is for the people who are done working with the same self sabotaging patterns. For those ready to pull themselves up by the roots and grow a whole new system. Hammer Intensives are immersive, high‑impact blocks of therapeutic time designed for people who are ready to feel the heat, go deep, and transform.

  • You have full control over how deep we go

  • 2 to 4 hour sessions, or multi-day formats available

  • Ideal for professionals, entrepreneurs, creatives, or anyone craving confidential, transformative work without constraints

Therapy doesn't have to be slow to be real. Many clients find that a few hours of uninterrupted deep work gives them more insight, relief, and clarity than months of weekly sessions. Maybe you're juggling travel, work, content creation, parenting, or life on the road. If your time is limited but your desire for change is real, intensives may be the right fit for you.

Due to the complexity and depth of these sessions, I do not accept insurance for these intensives.

OPTION 3: Group therapy and support circles

Real connection. Shared growth.

Group work is one of the most powerful spaces for healing. It’s where you get to witness yourself in others, where someone else puts words to what you’ve been holding in silence. It’s where shame starts to loosen, and belonging begins.

These are not passive groups where people just vent and nod. These are active containers for growth, where you’ll be seen, challenged, and supported in equal measure.

Group work might be right for you if

  • You’re tired of feeling like the only one going through it

  • You’re ready to grow through shared stories, feedback, and community

  • You want support, but also accountability and perspective

$60–$100 per session depending on the format, length, and group type. To see a list of currently recruiting and running groups click here.

OPTION 4: Couples Counseling

For couples who are done with the surface and ready for something real.

You love each other, but you’re tired of the arguments about spoons in the drawer, the silence at the table, or the feeling that you’re slowly becoming strangers. At this point, you know there’s something deeper going on, and you’re ready to address it.

I work with couples who are willing to be accountable, who are willing to lean into the uncomfortable truth, in order to rebuild something meaningful.

What it looks like:

Before we begin, both partners will complete intake assessments covering your relationship history, attachment styles, personality dynamics, and core values.

Sessions are 60 minutes, unless otherwise arranged. Each session is structured but flexible; designed to meet you both exactly where you are, while steadily moving you toward repair, clarity, and reconnection. I help you both spot your repeating roles that contribute to disconnection, and challenge you to try a whole different way of being in real time.

Homework will be assigned between sessions to support the work we do together. Completion of homework is a requirement for continuing. If it is not completed, the session will be canceled and charged in full. This policy exists to ensure that both partners are fully committed to doing the deep, often uncomfortable work that real healing requires.

$350 per session with payment due at time of service. Therapy isn’t cheap, but divorce, disconnection, and regret cost far, far more in money, time, and sanity. This is an investment in clarity, growth, and the chance to actually repair what matters most.
