Courage to Connect: A Group for Social Anxiety

A confidential, 6-week closed group for adults struggling with social anxiety. This is a safe, structured space to practice being real with others, without the pressure to be perfect.

Through evidence-based exercises, real talk, and direct guidance, you’ll:

  • Learn to challenge the self-critical voice in your head

  • Practice social skills without fake positivity or forced small talk

  • Start speaking up even when your heart races

  • Break free from people-pleasing and emotional avoidance

  • Build confidence that lasts beyond the therapy room

This group is closed, once it starts, no new members join, so you can build safety, trust, and momentum without new people interrupting your growth.

Dates and times TBD.

Fear protects. Fear isolates. Fear lies.

This group is for people ready to face the ways fear controls their lives—avoidance masked as logic, perfectionism dressed as discipline, aggression born from shame, paralysis mistaken for peace. We’ll confront how fear hides in plain sight and what it means to be courageous when no one’s watching, when no one’s clapping.

This is a closed, intensive space. Five weeks. No fluff. Just depth, realness, rawness, and strength.

Learn how to be a warrior in a world that rewards cowardice.

Apply now. Spaces are limited.

You’ve kept the shadows quiet. Buried your needs. But the part of you that howls? The part that rages, hungers, wants more than it’s allowed to? That part isn’t going away.

This group is for people ready to stop fighting themselves—and start making peace with the inner werewolf; the untamed parts of psyche and body that we’re taught to fear, repress, or exile. Not to destroy the beast, but to befriend it. To feel truly safe with all the parts of yourself, to feel safe in your own skin, fangs and all.

We’ll explore, what your inner werewolf actually is, how to stop splitting yourself between “good” and “bad”, the right ways to express anger, desire, wildness, and power.

You weren’t born to be tame.
You were born to be wild, free, whole.
